Who we are
We are Daze Entertainment Ltd. Our website address is: https://dazeentertainment.co.uk
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where your data is sent
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
We are fully compliant with the latest GDPR regulations.
If you use our contact form, we will only correspond with you for the purpose of the event about which you enquired, unless you explicitly request (on paper or verbally) that we keep in contact with you.
When you contact us you leave only your name and email address as a reference – these are necessary for us to respond to your event enquiry. These will never be passed to third parties.
You can choose to unsubscribe from our newsletters or correspondences at any time, by clicking the appropriate button on our emails, or by contacting us at email@example.com or 07909 951604. We value the network that we’ve built over our years of ethical trading, and we would be sad to lose you, but we respect your freedom of choice.
We do not share our data with any third parties, except our website manager Heather Hulbert Designs. They will never contact or share the details of anyone on our database. Our data is stored electronically and is password-protected. The only time your details may be passed on is in the case where you book an artist to perform at an event, and we pass said artist your contact information for the sole purpose of contacting you on arrival on the day. The artist is not permitted to contact you for any other purpose, or to pass on any of your details at any time.
You have the right to:
- be informed about how we process your data
- have access to your data within a month of requesting it
- the right to correct any data of yours that we hold
- be erased, on your request
