We are event entertainment organisers, so we don’t plan events as such, but we work with lots of professionals who do. So for example if you came to us wanting entertainment, but you also needed a contact for sound and lighting, or marquee, or balloon decorations, or backdrops, or dancefloors, or catering, we would be able to direct you. Sometimes a client comes to us with a total budget for an event, and we will direct them to our production contacts first so that they can gauge realistic budgets for X, Y and Z, and then are able to come back to us with a clearer idea of how much they have to spend on entertainment.

We are often able to travel multiple performers/acts in one vehicle, so wherever it’s possible to shave a bit off the cost here and there, we will.  Sometimes we’re also able to offer small discounts for repeat bookings too. Ultimately, the majority of the sum you pay for our services, goes directly into our performers’ pockets. Our commissions are modest, and we itemise all our services so that there’s total transparency between booker and supplier.

You come to us with your concept and/or budget, and we will either direct you to the relevant entertainment brochure, or if it’s a more bespoke idea, we’ll break down a variety of solutions (usually with a brief description of the act, a guide fee, photo and/or video clip) so that you have a clear vision of what we can deliver for you. Once you’ve decided what you’d like to book, we will draw up a booking confirmation containing all the event specifics. As soon as you’ve given that the go-ahead, we book in the staff, prepare the costumes and kit, and issue you with an invoice for payment. We ask for a 50% booking fee to block out the performers, and then 50% settlement no less than a month before the show.

Sometimes events run a little late, or guests turn up slightly early (those keen beans!) and we will always do our best to accommodate these slight adjustments. It’s quite typical for event timings to wiggle one way or the other, and where our performers are booked on multiple events one after the other, we will always give you the heads up if we have no room to manouevre. Likewise if there are any extenuating circumstances such as road closures or staff sickness, we will always communicate that to the event organisers so that some kind of contingency can be actioned. It’s in our interest to deliver what we promise, so that we maintain long-standing relationships with our customers.

Absolutely. As a company we maintain public liability, product liability and employer liability. Our performers are also individually insured. We supply insurance documentation, risk assessments and relevant PAT test certificates for each booking.

Yes. Lots of our shows can be tweaked with costume adjustments, more or fewer performers, music changes and so on. We’ve created many shows from scratch. With notice (and budget) the sky is the limit.

We are fully electronic so we accept payment by BACS. We stopped taking card payments some years ago due to the high fees on the card machines. We don’t deal in cash at all.

Yes, we’re VAT registered. 

While VAT cannot normally be claimed back on most business entertainment expenses, businesses can claim back VAT on staff entertainment expenses. Staff entertainment refers to expenses incurred by a business in providing entertainment such as staff parties or social events.
